We hate spam, just like you do, so we aim to provide informative, relevant, and (hopefully) entertaining content in all of our email communications. At weeSpring, we generally send three different kinds of emails:
1. Member communication emails are sent to users when they join and then regularly throughout their membership on the site. Topics (often customized for the user) include helpful tips based on the age of your child, information about product recalls, and weeSpring feature announcements, etc. You can unsubscribe from these by emailing email@example.com.
2. Transactional emails are sent to users when they take an action on the site. At this time, you cannot unsubscribe from these emails, but don’t worry: they are only sent when you take action on weeSpring to trigger them, such as requesting a password reset.
3. weeLove emails are sent regularly by our editorial team. They have a separate email list and separate unsubscribe list. To unsubscribe from weeLove, send an email to unsubscribe-weeLove@weespring.com.
