There’s a laundry list of benefits for this forward-facing car seat with a five-point harness. It’s portable (great for travel), easy to store (great for trunks), and easy to install (great for you). It even fits in the overhead bin of an airplane. If you live in a city sans car, this is the ultimate space-saver. Tuck it away in the closet between family road trips in a rental or Zipcar outings. Travel Tip: The seat needs to be installed using the top tether, which can be done in any 2003 and newer vehicle in the US, Canada, and any 2012 and newer vehicle in Europe.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends your tot sit rear-facing until they’re at least two years old. When you’re ready to switch to a forward-facing seat, this one goes the extra mile, lasting until they’re about 6-8 years old.
