A big milestone for weeSpring…

1. Open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WON’T INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. You understand that you are providing your information to weeSpring, Inc., You may review the weeSpring privacy policy at http://www.weespring.com/privacy.
2. The contest begins Monday, September 23, 2013 at 7:30p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends when the 50,000th rating is created on weeSpring. The 50,000th rating is defined as the total number of ratings that have been contributed to weeSpring minus the total number of deleted ratings at the time that the contest begins.
3. Employees, officers, and directors of weeSpring and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, franchisees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate or to win.
4. How to Enter:
Visit www.weeSpring.com, and if you have not already done so, join weeSpring (it’s free to join). Once a member, rate and review products. For each product on weeSpring there are two ways to create a rating: (1) click on “I have this”, the heart symbol, or the negative symbol; or (2) click the “+” to add the product to your weeList. If you rate the product “love” or “regret” you must also include a text-based review. If you add the product to your weeList, no rating is required. The member that creates the 50,000th rating (defined above) will be deemed the winner of the Grand Prize. If the Grand Prize winner clicked on another user’s or entity’s unique referral link and joined weeSpring for the first time weeSpring after Monday, September 23, 2013 at 7:30p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), the user who referred the Grand Prize winner to weeSpring will receive the Secondary Prize. If no referral link was clicked, no Secondary Prize will be awarded.
5. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified. Tampering with the entry process or the operation is prohibited and any entries deemed by weeSpring, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void.
6. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Authorized account holder is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
7. Winning a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.
8. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: $250 Amazon Gift Card and one (1) weeSpring gift basket. One (1) Secondary Prize: $250 Amazon Gift Card and one (1) weeSpring gift basket. Terms and conditions of the gift card apply. Prize is provided on an as is basis, without any warranty of any kind. Prize is non-transferable. Prize winner is responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or federal, state, or local taxes, if any. If the prize or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in forfeiture of the prize and the 50,001 rating creator will be chosen.
9. NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winners will be notified in person and/or by phone and/or by email or mail or express mail, whichever is deemed appropriate by weeSpring. weeSpring shall have no liability for any potential prize winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential prize winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner does not respond within (3) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such potential prize winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators to release and hold harmless weeSpring, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize or any portion thereof.
